Returns
Want to return an item? No problem! Simply follow the steps below to make the return process smooth.
- Return notification : Send an email to info@bijzondermooi.nl or a WhatsApp message stating your order and invoice number, and if possible, the reason for return. Mention in the subject 'Return article'.
- Reflection period : You have 14 days to reconsider from the receipt of your product. You can return the article within this period if it does not meet your expectations.
- Return costs : Please note that the return costs are at your expense. You must pay the costs for returning the item yourself.
- Return conditions : The returned product must not be used and must be in its original condition. You may only have tested the product once without causing any damage.
- Refund : Once we have received your return, we will do our best to refund the purchase price as soon as possible. This can take up to 10 days, but is usually much quicker. You will receive the refund in the same way you paid.
- Exchange : Do you want to exchange the item for another variant? That is possible! Follow the return process and place a new order on www.bijzondermooi.nl .
If you have not received your refund after ten days, please feel free to contact our Customer Service . Please remember to have your order number and proof of return shipment at hand.
