Can I have my order gift wrapped?

Yes, every order can be gift wrapped for free! To do this, select 'Is this a gift?' in the shopping cart and specify your wishes.

What if an item is out of stock?

If you are interested in a product that is not in stock, please let us know using one of the contact options.

We will let you know when we can supply this product again.

Will my order be packaged sustainably?

We strive to use as little packaging material as possible and recycle as much boxes and padding materials as possible to save space and do our bit for the environment.

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day with PostNL, on working days you will receive your package 1 to 2 days after shipment.

Yes, packages can be picked up at the address Molenstraat 18 5691 AJ in Son en Breugel. Always in consultation with Franka and Monique 06-51637585, so that the packages are ready for collection.

How can I return an item?

Please register your return by email (info@bijzondermooi.nl) or WhatsApp with order and invoice number, possibly stating reason. Mention in the subject 'Return article'.

Yes, the return costs are for the person who chooses to return it.

  • The product has not been used, only tested once and is therefore not damaged.

I returned my order. When will I get my money back?

Once we have received your package, we will do our best to refund the purchase price to you as soon as possible. This takes up to 10 days, but is usually much faster! You will receive the purchase price back in the same way you paid.
