Here they are, three members of the gang of crested tits we encountered in the forest. First you hear their 'krr krr krr' sounds and then you see them high up in a large conifer. Their fairytale appearance immediately stands out. They have beautiful bright brown eyes and together with their sturdy cockscomb it is a beautiful whole. They are fast and follow you nonchalantly and jump from branch to branch. Soon enough they will focus on each other and their exciting hunt for food high up in the trees.
