Additional product information

Contemperana PremioBACC!!

This beautiful porcelain carafe was designed and handmade by Floris for an Italian design competition: Contemperana PremioBACC, translated this means, the shape of wine. The carafe was awarded 1st place!

Wine must be able to waltz

When designing this carafe, the movement of the wine in the glass was taken into account. And as the wine connoisseurs among us know, wine must be able to swirl. Well, that is perfectly possible in this beautiful carafe with a tumbling bottom. The wine swirls beautifully through the carafe, allowing the aromas to come into their own. Due to the narrow top, the aromas are retained and are only released during pouring. The carafe has a beautiful oak cap with which the carafe can be closed.
