Multifunctional weekly planner
The notebook provides an overview and promotes teamwork in your family. You can use each page in different ways.
1. Family planner/weekly agenda
What do you need to do this week and not forget? When is sports practice, the dentist appointment or the birthday party? On the left side, write down the names of all family members and write down the activities per day.
2. Chore Schedule
Use the weekly planner to divide up chores. On the left, write down the tasks (such as cooking, clearing the table and feeding the pet) and fill in the names per day. You can't start early enough with this.
3. Parenting assistance
Here you use the weekly planner to promote independence. From making sandwiches and practicing the piano to doing homework and learning the tables or keys. Write down your child's name at the top and the activities in the left column. Plan when something has to happen and put a cross or stick a sticker when it has been done.
Under each day of the week there is space to write down the date or what you are going to eat that day. At the bottom there is a box to write down things that you want to remember or do, but that cannot really be planned yet. Those chores and ideas that you want to do somewhere that week, such as buying a card, calling a plumber, renewing your passport, making that dinner date with friends or buying a present. Two more tips: Give the weekly planner a permanent place in the house and also plan free time together.
With a pinch of chatter
Together with Michal Janssen, the author of our gossip books, we have also added a 'pinch of gossip' to the weekly planner. At the bottom of each day you can evaluate that day with a simple choice question: What suits today best? Busy or quiet. Sunny or grey. Happy or angry. Dreaming or talking. You can then chat about the why with your family members.
The Notepad weekly planner is sent as letterbox post, so it is also nice to send as a letterbox gift .
